BACKNaked Chicks. Is this a new product?

It is all about consequences.  The Dixie Chicks have apologized for pandering to an audience at the  Shepherds Bush Empire in London when the above statement was made.  Now they want their U.S. fans back.

The apology is as irrelevant as the original statement. Every product has a life cycle including entertainers. Maybe they should start working on a new product or become comfortable with the word "decline".

Now the Dixie-Chicks are kicking their Country fans in the face:

Violinist Martie Maguire told Spiegel magazine: "We don't feel part of the country scene any longer; it can't be our home any more."

Notice that the statement was made to a German magazine.

Maguire whined that other country singers don't agree with her criticism of George W Bush's politics on Iraq.

As with many nouveau riche celebrities, they fail to realize that most of their fans are patriots who support the war on terrorism.

Perhaps they see their country fans abandoning them and need to invent a new image with a new contingent of fans - maybe empty headed tennie- boppers.
